Dehumidified drying tunnel

Dehumidifying air group complete of fan, thermo-valve, temperature control and temperature control probes; turrets suction nozzles volumetric placed in the input and output of the tunnel to open heads.

Hot air generation group

Hot air monoblock generator high yield type stand complete with front compartment for the protection of the burner and of electrical equipment, with access door openable and ventilation grille; aluminum angular support; outer case with closure panels in sheet; thermal insulation  with anti-radiation surface material.  Combustion chamber in stainless steel, steel tube bundle, double inlet centrifugal fans driven by electric motors with transmission by belts. Electrical panel and control panel and full control switch, protection fuses, line contactor, thermal relay for the protection of the fan, stop  relay safely burner switch for setting the heating / ventilation / stop,  light lock indicator / security  burner. Single stage gas burner with reduced ignition flame. Ramp connected to the gas burner and complete with filter gas, minimum gas pressure switch, safety valve, pressure regulator, control valve. Fire damper HT 300 REI 120 homologated with thermal tripping devices at 72 ° C.
