Fixed cooling panel for paint recovery

Our paint recovery panels were devised and designed to recover most overspray (water-soluble products) which is usually dispersed in normal spray painting booths. It consists of an AISI 304 stainless steel panel, which is covered with high-resistance Teflon glass anti-adherent film that makes it easier to drain paint into a suitable container. The operating principle is based on condensation of the humidity present in the air by lowering the temperature of the wall: as the procedure is completely static, the chemical-physical characteristics of the paint are left unaltered. It can consequently be reused without needing to add any additives. At the end of a work session and before switching off the refrigeration system, the recovery panel must be cleaned using a normal squeegee.

Detection instrument clogged filters according to normative . Electro fan with reverse blades balanced to maximum working temperatures of 80 ° C .Replenishing air plenum for proper air filtration complete with cell easy extraction filter. Heating air group with hot water coil complete of fan, thermo-valve, temperature control and temperature control probes (heating power supply and hot water 80 ° with the user) Ceiling lighting in IP65 version AD-FT with neon fluorescent tubes from 58 + 58 Watt appropriately distributed. Wet paining booth

The CAV INOX: steel AISI 316 structures; general body structure; containment panels, hot water tight seal; water  veil frontal fall, reinforcing profiles and internal veils . Co0mpleted by: Electro pump with stainless steel centrifugal impeller – held vidia fpm; Electro fan – launch vent 360 ° adjustable , backward balanced blades (maximum temperature 80 ° C operating); electric control according EC normative ; Drift separators (air-water) removable top-internal drawer for easy access to change Drift; hydraulics in pvc pipes, external manual valves for waters flow adjustment; lighting  ceiling IP65 AD-FT.

Dry painting booth

This structure has insulated modular panels and/or galvanised panels complete with containment profiles. Front filter support frame. Front filter: inertial filter with multilayer paint collector and/or paint stop. Drawer filter with easy access for proper filtration of particulates which have escaped the front filter. Blocked filter detection device in accordance with standard UNI 9941. Low pressure air recovery plenum (depending on place of installation) for proper filtration of incoming air, complete with easily removable cell filters. Electro-ventilator with backward blades balanced for maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Overhead lighting console, model IP65 AD-FT with 58 + 58 Watt fluorescent neon tubes suitably distributed. Electrical control panel in accordance with EC requirements.

Air compensator

The air compensator is normally used to reinstate air in workplaces where you want to obtain a good degree of compensation due  to the depressure created in the painting ares ( cabins ) or workplaces ( exhaust fans). Its characteristic is to suck air from the ouside and after a proper filtering treatment to let it slow running  in the  workplace  by proper filtering pipes. Structure: Structure in painted steel. Suction filter  100% polyester, crossing speed from 0.5-1m/s – initial flow resistance 40 pa – average gravimetrical stopping performance 91% – classification EN 779-en 1822/1/2/3/4/5 G4 (EU4) – Expansion box consisting of a pipe, made of welded grid with specific parts for the fixing. The filter is fixed by stop collars. Fan designed to aspire air with high performance and restrained noise, particularly suitable for air treatment systems with maximum working temperature 90°c. Made of painted steel, with a properly balanced rotor. The motor is asynchronous, three-fase, self-ventilated, monoblock, in alluminium alloy with bearings and it is linked to the rotor.
